The Graduate School is seeking a dynamic mid-career academic for the role of Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor to join our uniquely positioned graduate school within a newly established Faculty of Health at Victoria University of Wellington. The Graduate School has been providing postgraduate education to health professionals for over 70 years and our university campus is located at Wellington Regional Hospital in New Zealand's capital city.
The Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor will be expected to teach applied pathophysiology into the Master of Nursing Science and Master of Health programmes and to provide postgraduate research supervision at Masters and PhD level.

The successful applicant will have a completed doctoral qualification and experience in teaching applied Pathophysiology and other relevant sciences to health professionals as well as supervising at postgraduate level. They will have a record of scholarly research and a demonstrated commitment to seeking research funding. Experience working and researching in the health sector is desirable.
