About the Role

We have an exciting management opportunity for an experienced and confident Registered Nurse to oversee our facility as Clinical Manager. You will be a personable and confident leader with extensive clinical expertise. This village provides rest home, hospital and dementia levels of care.

In this hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the Village Manager, you will ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered across the facility and that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to.  You will also continue to maintain a team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff. 

This is a full time role working Tuesday to Saturday 0800-1630.  

About You

You will be an experienced Registered Nurse in aged care with strong leadership and clinical skills.  You will  enjoy building meaningful relationships with our staff, our residents and their families and be both professional and empathetic.  Time management, documentation and outstanding communication will be your key strengths.
