About the role

Ryman Healthcare’s brand-new facility in Lynfield, Auckland, Murray Halberg Retirement Village has two exciting opportunities for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our senior team as a Unit Coordinator.

We have:

  • One vacancy as our Rest Home Coordinator (Sun – Thurs 0730-1600)
  • One vacancy as our Special Care Unit Coordinator (Tues – Sat 0730-1600)

As the Unit Coordinator, you will effectively manage your unit and ensure compassionate and excellent quality service is provided to all residents. You will continue to develop and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff.


Key skills required:

  • Previous experience in NZ as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven leadership experience essential
  • Ability to build strong relationships, lead and share knowledge with a team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident computer skills with concise documentation
  • Drive and passion to deliver first class care to residents
